call into the office for a copy of the Legal Pack to take to your Solicitor or Conveyancer to check through
Put in your offer.
If accepted, arrange a Survey, then bring a 10% deposit into the office [either Bankers Draft or Cheque]
Contracts are then exchanged in the office.
Leave the office with the security that the property is yours, and, you will not be gazumped.
Plan your move based on the date you agreed at Exchange.
